We know having employees who practice self care and personal wellness is important to you as an employer. We also know finding an activity to support employee wellness can be difficult. We are excited to be able to provide you with the opportunity to work together on the following initiative!

The Western Regional Hospital Foundation is holding its 4th Annual “Live Well Event, a Celebration of Healthy Living” on Saturday, April 28, 2012. Your employees can take part in a full day of activity that will feature a motivational speaker, three one-hour interactive sessions of their choice and a session on reducing and managing stress.

Studies show employees who are active are healthier and happier. An organization with active and healthy employees often experiences higher staff morale and productivity.

We would like to present you with an opportunity to treat your employees to a wellness day while supporting a great charity at a very reasonable cost! Registration for this event is $50 ($40 for seniors and students) and a healthy snack and lunch are provided. The proceeds from this event will go to the Western Regional Hospital Foundation.

Book early for the best selection, some sessions fill up quickly! Further details are enclosed. We look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you for supporting the Western Regional Hospital Foundation as we continue taking steps to improve healthcare…together.
