The Deer Lake Chamber of Commerce is seeking Corporate Sponsors from non competing sectors to allow them to grow their mandate as a Chamber.

The Chamber of Commerce is community operated - making a sponsorship package a form of good corporate citizenship. The Chamber of Commerce touches many local sectors - education, tourism, recreation, transportation, etc.

The Corporate Sponsorship is all encompassing of the Chamber's activities and yet can be flexible enough to allow a sponsorship package to be tailored to a specific company

The Chamber of Commerce is active in current events and in the future of business and business leaders in Deer Lake.

Corporate Sponsorship Benefits include:

Letterhead: Your corporate logo will appear on all Chamber letterhead. Approximate space size is 1.2” by 1.2” square. Approximately 3,000 letterheads printed per year.

Newsletter: The Chamber Newsletter is a publication of local activities, upcoming events, local business profiles and an advertising opportunity for local businesses. Distribution is via Canada Post mailbox system approximately 6 times per year (18,000 copies). Your corporate logo will appear on all DLCC issued Newsletters – Approximate space size is 1.2” by 1.2”. One corporate sponsor profile would be made available to each corporate sponsor per newsletter.

Corporate Representation at all speaking events: Two tickets – meals included, will be provided to each of the speaking events for each of the corporate sponsors (Approximate value: $400).

Website Links: Logo and website link will be included on our website.

Access to the Network of Businesses maintained by the Chamber: The Chamber charges a nominal fee to parties that wish to contact our network of businesses (200 +). This fee will be waived for our corporate sponsors up to 12 x per year (Value: $120).

Membership Fees Waived: Once your business signs up as a corporate sponsor all membership benefits are included (Approximate value: $60 – $80). Membership Benefits include: Group Heath Insurance Plan; Progress Magazine FREE subscription; Ceridian Canada Powerpay Suite; Esso Direct Driver Billing Program, MC Merchant Discount Rates – First Data & National Bank; Ultramar 3% Gas Discount; Visa Merchant Discount Rates – TD Canada Trust; and FREE email fan-out. 

Corporate Representation at the Annual General Meeting (AGM): Corporate sponsors will have to opportunity to address the audience at the AGM. 

Opportunity as guest speaker at bi-monthly meetings: Corporate sponsors will be given the opportunity to designate or provide a guest speaker at one of the scheduled meetings.

Rate: $1,000 per sponsor
